“Let gratitude be the pillow upon which you kneel to say your nightly prayer.” ―Maya Angelou

It’s been a busy week. So my posting dropped but I suppose I’ve got good reason. Sitting here in a surgery waiting room now… and while it’d be so easy to let my fears take hold and run me ragged, we’re all beautifully at peace.

The amount of prayers, love and support that we’ve received since we learned Momma would be having Brain Surgery have been so affirming and wonderful… freakin brain surgery, man.

We’re so thankful. I’m so thankful. For the Doctors, Nurses, our family and friends. Thankful for the beauty and preciousness of life…and it’s fragility. Because it is so fragile.

But mostly, I’m thankful for God’s healing and grace. Because with faith there can be no room for fear. No room for fear.

Om Baby Om,
